İHTİYARLAR CENNETE GİREMEZ!

Bir defâsında da ihtiyar kadının birisi Peygamberimiz (s.a.v.)’e gelerek:

– Yâ Rasûlallâh! Cennete girmem için Allah’a dua et! der.

Efendimiz -aleyhisselatü vesselâm- ise:

“–Cennete yaşlı kadınlar giremez!” diye mukâbelede bulunur.

Verilen cevabın nüktesini anlayamayan kadıncağız üzülür ve ağlamaya başlar. Bunun üzerine Âlemlere Rahmet Efendimiz durumu ona şöyle açıklar ve müjdeler:

“–Yaşlı kadınlar cennete o hâlleriyle değil, genç ve güzel olarak girerler. Zîra Allah Teâlâ Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’de; “Biz (cennete giren kadınları) defterleri sağdan verilenler için yeniden yaratmışızdır; onları eşlerine düşkün ve yaşıt bâkireler kılmışızdır.” (el-Vâkıa,35-38) buyuruyor.” (Tirmizî, Şemâil, s. 91-92)

Peygamberimiz Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v) cevamiu’l-kelam (az sözle çok mana ifade etme kabiliyeti) sahibi olduğu için bu sözü ile aslında “manevi destek” anlamında sınırsız bir rehabilitasyon tedavisinin adını koymuştur.

Peygamberimizin sözlerini bu açıdan değerlendirip; bir kumaş, kök hücre ya da kod gibi; her bir zaman, mekân ve kişiye özel uyarlamak gerekiyor.

Mesela; Allah katında “en hayırlı amel vaktinde kılınan namazdır” sözü sadece namazla ilgili değil; bilakis namaz bir misal olarak verilmiş olup Allah için yapılan her işin makbulü vaktinde yapılmasına işaret edilmiştir.

“İhtiyarlar cennete giremez” sözü de “vaktinde kılınan namaz” sözü gibidir.

Biz bu sosyal hayatı kuşatan hadislere “boşluk doldurmalı hadis” diyoruz.

Yani zahirde belirli bir gruba söylenmiş gibi görünen; fakat hakikatte her insanın kendi eksikliğini yerleştirebileceği evrensel mesajlar.

Haydi! Birkaç misalle boşlukları dolduralım.

…….. cennete giremez.

Engelliler cennete giremez.

Hastalar cennete giremez.

Kısa boylular cennete giremez.

Keller cennete giremez.

Fakirler cennete giremez.

Obezler cennete giremez.

Kalbinde “gıl/kin” olanlar cennete giremez.

Kısaca; sizi dünyada strese sokan ve ruhla alakası olmayan kabrin bu tarafında kalan şeyleri kafaya takmayın!

Onların “dünyalık” olduğu için “dünyada” kalacak, sizler ebedi bir hayat için yeniden ve hayal dahi edemeyeceğiniz bir şekilde imtihandan geçtiğiniz için kadınlar hurilerden daha güzel, erkekler gılmanlardan daha yakışıklı ve hepinizin “gıll/kin” kalbinizden çıkarılmış olarak ebedi kalacağınız cennette yerinizi alacaksınız demektir.

“İhtiyarlar cennete giremez” sözüyle Allah Elçisi (s.a.v.) namaza girerken tekbir getirdiğinizde dünyayı iki elinizle arka attığınız gibi; kalbiniz ve beyninizle ahirete odaklanın, dünyanda imtihan için geçici olarak düştüğünüz pozisyonları kafaya takmayın mesajını en çarpıcı bir şekilde vermiştir.

Anlayan ve hayatına uygulayan bahtiyarlara selam olsun.

Old people cannot enter Heaven!

Once, an old woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said:

“O Messenger of Allah! Pray to Allah that I may enter Paradise!”

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied:

“Old women cannot enter Paradise!” The woman, not understanding the irony of the answer, became sad and began to cry. Thereupon, the Mercy to the Worlds explained the situation to her and gave her the good news:

“"Old women will not enter Paradise in their old state; they will enter it young and beautiful. For Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran: ‘We have recreated them for those whose books are given from the right; We have made them devoted to their husbands and virgins of the same age.’ (Al-Waqi'ah, 35-38)” (Tirmidhi, Shama'il, pp. 91-92)

Because our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) possessed the ability to convey much meaning with few words, with this saying he actually gave a name to an unlimited rehabilitation treatment in the sense of "spiritual support".

The Prophet's words should be evaluated from this perspective; like a fabric, stem cell, or code, they need to be adapted to each time, place, and person.

For example, the saying, "The best deed in the sight of Allah is prayer performed on time," is not only about prayer; rather, prayer is given as an example, indicating that every deed done for Allah is acceptable when done on time.

The saying, "The elderly cannot enter Paradise," is similar to the saying, "prayer performed on time."

We call these hadiths that encompass social life "hadiths that fill in the gaps."

In other words, messages that outwardly appear to be addressed to a specific group, but in reality are universal messages into which every person can relate their own shortcomings.

Let's fill in the gaps with a few examples.

...cannot enter Paradise.

People with disabilities cannot enter paradise.

People with illnesses cannot enter paradise.

People with short stature cannot enter paradise.

People with baldness cannot enter paradise.

People with poverty cannot enter paradise.

People with obesity cannot enter paradise.

Those with malice/resentment in their hearts cannot enter paradise.

(We have removed the malice/resentment from their hearts. They will now be brothers sitting opposite each other in mansions.) Hicr, 15/47)

The examples can be multiplied.

In short; don't worry about the things that stress you out in this world and have nothing to do with the soul, things that remain on this side of the grave!

Because they are "worldly," they will remain "in this world," while you will take your place in Paradise, where you will remain eternally, with women more beautiful than houris, men more handsome than ghilman, and all of you with "malice/resentment" removed from your hearts, because you are undergoing a new test for eternal life in a way you cannot even imagine.

With the saying, "The elderly cannot enter Paradise," the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) most strikingly conveyed the message that, just as you cast aside the world with both hands when you say the takbir at the beginning of prayer, focus on the hereafter with your heart and mind, and don't worry about the temporary positions you find yourself in for the test in this world.
