“VERİLEN EMRİ” YERİNE GETİRMEK

…Çocukken başını Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) okşamıştı.

O’nun (s.a.v.) okşadığı yer siyah kalmış, diğer saçlar ilerleyen zamanda beyazlamıştı.

Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)’in mucizesini bir ömür başında taşımıştı.

Emevi ordusunda rütbeli bir subaydı ve geleceği parlak görünüyordu.

Zalim Yezid’in, zalim valisi Ubeydullah bin Ziyad Hz. Hüseyin (r.a.) üzerine gönderdiği müfrezeye komutan olarak onu seçmişti.

Büyük karşılaşmada hem ağlıyor, hem de “verilen emri” yerine getiriyordu.

Savaş sonunda Hz. Hüseyin, 10 Muharrem 61'de (10 Ekim, 680) hunharca katledildi. Tarihî kaynaklara göre, başında olduğu askeri müfreze feci bir savaş neticesi katledilen Hüseyin'in başını kestirerek bütün Ehl-i beyt ile birlikte Şam'a halife Yezid'e teslim etmiştir.

Kerbelâ fâciasını müteakip Kûfe'de Emevîlere karşı ayaklanan Muhtar es-Sekâfî tarafından yakalanarak öldürülmüştür. (M.686).

Bu kişi Hz. Sa’d bin ebu Vakkas (r.a.)’ın oğlu Ömer bin Sa’d’(620-686) tı.

…Gençken sağcı gaziler hareketinin gençlik kolu olan Jungfrontkämpfervereinigung’a katıldı ve Nazi Partisi tarafından yayınlanan gazeteleri okumaya başladı.

1935 yılının başında Yahudi problemi ile yakından ilgilendi. Avusturya’nın Almanya ile birleşmesinden sonra Viyana’dan Yahudiler için çıkış izni verilmeye başlanarak Almanya’daki toplama kamplarına aktarılmaktaydı. Bu sırada SD’nin üst kademelerine kadar yükseldi ve 18 ay içerisinde 150.000 Avusturyalı Yahudi’nin toplama kamplarına aktarılmasını sağladı.

Alman Ordusunun 1939 yılında Polonya’ya girmesiyle beraber Eichmann Gestapo’ya transfer oldu. Gestapo’nun IV B4 bölümü yani Yahudi sorunu bölümünün başına geçti. Bu yılı takip eden 6 yıl boyunca “Nihai Çözüm” projesinin karargâhı burası oldu. Nihai Çözüm, Yahudi nüfusun kitleler halinde yok edilmesini amaçlayan projenin kod adıydı. 1941 yılında toplama kamplarının yenilenip elden geçirilmesi, yeni kampların açılması, gaz ve tren sistemlerinin geliştirilmesiyle bizzat ilgilendi.

20 Ocak 1942 yılında yapılan Wannsee Konferansı sonrası “Yahudi Uzmanı”, diğer deyişle soykırım uzmanı haline gelmişti. “Nihai Çözüm”ün en büyük akıl hocasıydı. Yıllardır Yahudi sorunu ile yakından ilgilenmişti. Himmler’den sonra gelen en büyük “Yahudi uzmanı”ydı. Himmler ona dozajı arttırma emrini verince hiç tereddüt etmeden Mobilize Ölüm Birlikleri’ni (Einsatzgruppen) kullanmaya başladı. Bu şekilde iki milyona yakın Yahudi’yi öldürdüğü tahmin ediliyor.

Savaştan sonra birçok ülke değiştirdi. 11 Mayıs 1960’ta Buenos Aires merkezinin 20 kilometre (12 mil) kuzeyindeki bir sanayi bölgesi olan San Fernando, Buenos Aires’teki Garibaldi Caddesi’ndeki evinin yakınında 7 mossad ajanı tarafından yakalandı.

Kudüs’te yargılandı. Savunmasının ana cümlesi şuydu:

“Sorumlu bir lider değildim, ben sadece “verilen emri” yerine getirdim ve bu nedenle kendimi suçlu hissetmiyorum.”

Yahudilere yaptıklarıyla zulüm çemberini hızlandırmış, “en büyük zalim boynu vurulmamış mazlumdan çıkar” ilkesi hayata geçmiş, kalan Yahudilerin bir kısmı yaşadıklarını masum Filistinlere yaşatma talihsizliğini göstermeye devam ediyorlar.

O, yargılandı, asıldı, yakıldı ve külü denize savruldu.

Bu kişi Otto Adolf Eichmann (1906-1962)’dı.

…Kumaş tüccarı olmasına rağmen “beşikten mezara ilim talebi” emrinin gereği hep öğrendi ve öğretti.

40 tanesi büyük müçtehit olmak üzere 4000 den fazla öğrenci yetiştirdi.

Fıkh’ul-Ekber ismindeki kitabıyla hem kelam hem de fıkha muhteşem bir yol açtı.

Ortaya koyduğu “istihsan” yaklaşımı ile Kur’an’ın kıyamete kadar insanlığa derman olma yolunu gösterdi.

Nüfuzundan istifade etmek isteyen Abbasi emirinin teklif ettiği Bağdat Kadılığı görevini “verilen emri” yerine getiremeyeceği için reddetti.

Görevi reddettiği için hapsedildi, işkence edildi, hatta zehirlendiği rivayet edildi.

Bu zat Ebû Hanîfe Nu‘mân b. Sâbit b. Zûtâ b. Mâh (669-/767) idi.

Kıssalardan hisse…

“Verilen emri” yerine getirenler önce Allah’ın emirleriyle uyumunu, sonra da vicdanlarındaki karşılığını gözden geçirsinler.

“De ki: “Ben, Allah'tan başka bir Rab mı arayacağım? Hâlbuki O, her şeyin Rabbidir. İnsanların yaptığı eylemler yalnızca kendilerini ilgilendirir ve hiçbir günahkâr başkasının (günah) yükünü taşımaz (hiç kimseye başkasının sorumluluğu yüklenmez). Zamanı gelince hepiniz (Mahşerde) Rabbinize döneceksiniz. İşte o zaman Allah, hakkında anlaşmazlığa düştüğünüz her şeyi size açıklayacaktır.” En’am, 5/164.

Fulfilling the “order given”

…When he was a child, the Prophet (pbuh) had caressed his head.

The part where he (pbuh) had caressed remained black, and the rest of his hair turned white in time.

He had carried the miracle of the Prophet (pbuh) on his head for a lifetime.

He was a ranking officer in the Umayyad army and his future seemed bright.

The cruel governor of the cruel Yazid, Ubaydullah bin Ziyad, had chosen him as the commander of the detachment he sent against Hazrat Hussein (r.a.).

In the great encounter, he was both crying and fulfilling the “order given.”

At the end of the war, Hazrat Hussein was brutally murdered on 10 Muharram 61 (October 10, 680). According to historical sources, the military detachment he led had Hussein’s head cut off after a terrible battle and delivered him to the Caliph Yazid in Damascus along with the entire Ahl al-Bayt.

Following the tragedy of Karbala, he was captured and killed by Muhtar al-Saqafi, who rebelled against the Umayyads in Kufa (686 AD).

This person was Omar bin Sa’d (620-686), the son of Hz. Sa’d bin Abu Waqqas (r.a.).

…As a young man, he joined the right-wing veterans’ movement, the Jungfrontkämpfervereinigung, and began reading newspapers published by the Nazi Party.

He became very interested in the Jewish problem at the beginning of 1935. After Austria was reunited with Germany, Jews were being allowed to leave Vienna and transferred to concentration camps in Germany. During this time, he rose to the top ranks of the SD and ensured that 150,000 Austrian Jews were transferred to concentration camps within 18 months.

With the German Army’s invasion of Poland in 1939, Eichmann was transferred to the Gestapo. He became head of the Gestapo’s IV B4 section, or Jewish issue. For the next 6 years, this was the headquarters of the “Final Solution” project. The Final Solution was the code name for the project aimed at the mass extermination of the Jewish population. In 1941, he personally took care of the renovation and overhaul of the concentration camps, the opening of new camps, and the development of gas and train systems.

After the Wannsee Conference held on January 20, 1942, he became a “Jewish Expert”, in other words, an expert on genocide. He was the greatest mentor of the “Final Solution”. He had been closely interested in the Jewish issue for years. He was the greatest “Jewish expert” after Himmler. When Himmler gave him the order to increase the dosage, he started using the Mobile Death Squads (Einsatzgruppen) without hesitation. It is estimated that he killed nearly two million Jews in this way.

 

He changed countries many times after the war. On May 11, 1960, he was caught by 7 Mossad agents near his home on Garibaldi Street in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, an industrial area 20 kilometers (12 miles) north of the center of Buenos Aires.

He was tried in Jerusalem. The main sentence of his defense was as follows:

“I was not a responsible leader, I only carried out the “order” and therefore I do not feel guilty.”

He accelerated the cycle of oppression with what he did to the Jews, the principle of “the greatest oppressor comes from the oppressed whose neck is not cut off” was put into practice, and some of the remaining Jews continue to show the misfortune of making innocent Palestinians go through what they experienced.

He was tried, hanged, burned and his ashes were scattered into the sea.

This person was Otto Adolf Eichmann (1906-1962).

… Despite being a fabric merchant, he always learned and taught as required by the commandment of “seeking knowledge from the cradle to the grave”.

He trained more than 4000 students, 40 of whom became great mujtahids.

He opened a magnificent path for both theology and jurisprudence with his book called Fiqh’ul-Akbar.

He showed the way for the Quran to be a remedy for humanity until the Day of Judgment with the “istihsan” approach he put forward.

He refused the post of Judge of Baghdad offered by the Abbasid emir who wanted to benefit from his influence because he could not fulfill the “order given”.

He was imprisoned, tortured and even poisoned because he refused the post.

This person was Abu Hanifa Nu‘man b. Sabit b. Zutâ b. Mah (669-/767).

Moral from the stories…

Those who fulfill the “command” should first examine their compliance with Allah’s commands and then their consciences.

Say: “Shall I seek a Lord other than Allah? He is the Lord of all things. The actions of people concern only themselves, and no sinner is burdened with another’s (sin). When the time comes, you will all return to your Lord (on the Day of Judgement). Then Allah will explain to you everything about which you differed.” Al-An’am, 5/164.
